Our client approached us with an idea he had for a Realtor SaaS which allowed Realtors to generate their own leads. After a few months we successfully developed www.bamleads.com.

Execution
After internal brainstorming we reached the decision that Ruby on Rails would be the optimal framework to create this complex web app.
- We first presented the client with a UX mockup for them to visually see what everything would look like first.
- Then, we moved on to coding everything. Client was updated periodically and we implemented change requests.
- Test, test and more testing. We made sure everything was ready to scale.
Results
Due to other projects and commitments our client made the decision he'd be better off selling the site. He listed the site on Flippa and ended up accepting a deal from a large tech investment firm which purchased it from him for more than 3x his costs. He also secured a 10% equity stake in the business. Woohoo!
